摘    要:天津国投北疆电厂2号超超临界机组凝结水再循环管道存在明显振动,通过现场观测和测量,分析了管道振动的原因,结合管道模态分析,在适当位置增限位支架,增加了管道的刚度,提高了管道的固有频率.实践证明,该治理方案可行,振动消除效果明显.

Abstract:The obvious vibration exists on the condensate recycling pipeline of ultra-supercritical unit 2 in Tianjin SDIC Beijiang power plant, through field observations and measurements, the reasons of the pipe vibration was ana- lyzed, combined with the pipeline modal analysis, the limit bracket in appropriate place was added to increase the stiffness of the pipe, and improve the natural frequency of the pipeline. The practice has proved that the treatment is feasible, the elimination of vibration effect is obvious.
