合金锌粉在锌湿法冶炼锑盐净化工序中的应用

摘    要:文章以锌湿法冶炼锑盐净化工序为基础,对合金锌粉与普通锌粉在该工序中净化除杂效果进行了对比试验.试验结果表明,合金锌粉的采用可以大大提高除钴镍的效果,尤其是除钴效率;同时,与普通锌粉相比,合金锌粉在保证净化效果的前提下可以大幅度节约净化锌粉的用量,经济效益明显;合金锌粉的最佳合金浓度一般为0.2%.

Abstract:Experiments on comparing the differences of purification effects between zinc alloy powder and commom zinc powder in the process of antimonate trioxide were carried out.The experiments showed that,the adoption of zinc alloy powder could improve the purification effects greatly,and it was especially beneficial to the removal of cobalt.The zinc alloy powder could also save the amount of zinc powder used in the process of cobalt and nickel removal with antimony purification,which brought low-cost and remarkable economic benefits.0.2% was the optimum dosage of alloying elements in the zinc alloy powder.
