氯沙坦与氨氯地平治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症的疗效比较

[目的】比较氯沙坦与氨氯地平治疗老年高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的疗效。【方法】将2009年5月至2010卑3月期间收治的高血压合并高尿酸血症患者64例,随机分为两组,A组口服氯沙坦50mg／d,B组给予氨氯地平5mg／d,治疗6周。观察患者服药后舒张压、收缩压、血尿酸等指标的变化。【结果】治疗6周后,A组降压总有效率（84．38％,27／32）低于B组（93．75％,30／32）差异有显著性（P〈0．05）;A组血尿酸水平明显下降（P〈0．01）,B组尿酸水平无明显变化（P〉0．05）。【结论】氯沙坦适用于高血压合并高尿酸血症的治疗。

Comparison of the Effect of Losartan vs Amlodipine for the Treatment of Hypertensive Patients Complicated with Hyperuricaemia

[Objective] To compare the effect of tosartan vs amlodipine for the treatment of senile patients with hypertension complicated by hyperuricaemia. [Methods] Totally 64 hypertensive patients complicated with hyperuricaemia from May 2009 to March 2010 were randomly divided into two groups. One group was given losartan 50mg/d and the other group was given amlodipine 5mg/d for 6 weeks. The changes of diastolic blood pressure（DBP）, systolic blood pressure（SBP） and blood uric acid were observed after the patients took medicine. [Results] After treatment for 6 weeks, the total effective rate of lowing blood pressure in losartan group was 84.38% which was lower than that in amlodipine group（93.75%）（ P 〈0.05）. Blood uric acid in losartan group decreased markedly（ P 〈0.01）, and that in amlodipine group had no obvious change（ P 〉 0.05）. [Conclusion]Losartan can be used for the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperuricaemia.
