干细胞与肿瘤干细胞

目的了解干细胞、肿瘤干细胞和恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展。方法复习国内外相关文献,综述肿瘤干细胞与干细胞的关系、肿瘤干细胞与恶性肿瘤发生发展的关系、研究现状、前景及存在的问题。结果正常干细胞和肿瘤干细胞之间存在很强的相似性,其中淋巴造血系统恶性肿瘤和少数实体瘤干细胞分离鉴定的成功有力支持了肿瘤干细胞理论。结论肿瘤干细胞理论可解释很多恶性肿瘤的生物学行为,但目前仍迫切需要相关分离、纯化、鉴定实体瘤干细胞的思路和方法。

Stem cell and tumor stem cell

Objective To investigate the recent advances of relationship between stem cell,tumor stem cell and malignant tumors.Methods Reviewing the related achievements on stem cell and tumor stem cell.This paper tries to summarize the relationship,research status quo,foreground and problem of stem cell,tumor stem cell and malignant tumor.Results There possess closely similarity between stem cell and tumor stem cell,it is the successful separation and identification from a few solid tumors,hematopoietic and lymphoid malignancies that support the tumor stem cell theory strongly.Conclusion The tumor stem cell theory can interpret many biological behaviour,but now it is urgently to establish the methods that separate,purify and identify the tumor stem cells from the solid tumors.
