稻壳燃烧实验研究及综合动力学模型

摘    要:本文采用热重法对稻壳进行了燃烧实验研究,探讨了升温速率、环境氧浓度和稻壳形态对稻壳燃烧过程的影响。本文同时提出了包括水份析出、挥发份析出和炭燃烧的综合动力学模型,通过计算机优化迭代得到了稻壳燃烧动力学参数,这对于稻壳燃烧(汽化)装置的设计以及开展燃烧过程数值计算具有实用意义。

Abstract:The kinetic experiment of rice husk combustion is carried out by dynamic thermoanalytical techniques. The effect of heating rate and oxygen concentration on burning process of rice husk are studied. A complex kinetic model of rice husk combustion including removal of moisture, release of volatile matter and burning of combustible materials is presented. Good dynamic characteristics of rice husk combustion are obtained by computer. All of these characteristics and the model are important and valuable to designers of burning apparatus or gasifying apparatus of rice husk and numerical combustion calculators.
