摘    要:目的研制一种新型的楼板形式,解决目前现浇楼板存在许多难以克服的缺点,以及传统实腹叠合板经济性能差,不能得到广泛推广等问题.方法通过试验研究简支和连续空腹叠合板的受力性能,并与外形尺寸和配筋都相同的整浇板试验相比较,通过计算和分析确定空腹叠合板的构造措施和经济性能.结果得出不首先出现叠合面滑移破坏的最小叠合接触比例,并提出部分叠合叠合板的概念.确定了空腹叠合板的设计计算方法.结论只要叠合接触比例在27%以上,叠合接触面经有效粗糙处理和配筋,就能保证叠合接触面的抗剪刚度.空腹叠合板同时具有现浇板和装配式楼板的优点.相对于传统的实腹叠合板,空腹叠合板可以有效降低自重,增强楼板的使用功能,是一种新颖的楼板结构形式.

Abstract:This article aims to develop a new type of slab to solve the problem that cast-in-place slab has many weaknesses that can't be controlled easily and solid-web precasted concrete laminated slab costs high and can't be popularized widely. By means of experimental study,the performance of simple support and continuous hollow core laminated slab is researched on,and the research result is compared with the experimental study result of cast-in-place slab that has equal ratio of reinforcement to section profile to laminated slab. Construction details and property cost is reached by calculation and analysis. As a result,the minimum safe laminate area proportion is gained that ascertains laminate area slip failure can't happen,and the definition of part-laminat laminated slab are put forward,and design method is gained,which lay a solid foundation for the popularization of this type of slab. This paper draws the conclusion that as long as the laminate area proportion reaches more than 27%,and laminate area is roughed quite well,the shear stiffness can be guaranteed. Precasted concrete hollow core laminated slab has the advantage of both cast-in-place slab and prefabricate-cast-in-place slab. Compared to solid-web precasted concrete laminated slab,hollow core laminated slab can reduce dead weight greatly,enhance service property,and it is a novel model of prefabricate-cast-in-place slab.
