筒形件错距旋压数值模拟及旋压力分析

摘    要:利用DEFORM-3D软件建立筒形件错距旋压成形的三维有限元模型。通过对影响错距旋压加工的关键工艺参数进行模拟,得到旋压力随不同的旋轮间错距值和减薄率的变化规律。模拟结果表明:随着旋轮间错距值和减薄率的增加,旋压力各分力基本呈上升趋势;以旋压力为参数选择目标,根据各模拟结果对比分析,最合理的一组工艺参数为,=0.8mm/r,αρ=30°,C=3mm,ψ=30%.

Abstract:In the paper,based on DEFORM-3D software, the 3D FEM elastic-plastic model of tube stagger spinning process is founded. The rule of the spinning force curves varying with the stagger interval and reducer ratio is obtained through simulation on key technical parameters affecting the stagger spinning process. The simulation results show that with increasing the stagger interval and reducer ratio, the components of spinning forces exhibit the upwards-trend. By contrasting and analyzing the differnet simulation results, a set of rational technical parameters such as:f = 0. 8mm/r, αρ=30°,C =3mm,ψf =30% are obtained with the selective objective of spinning force.
