反复呼吸道感染患儿口含干扰素片后T细胞亚群与sIL-2R的变化

摘    要:目的:了解口含干扰素片治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的效果。方法:检测了口含干扰素和常规治疗组RRI患儿在治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群和血清sIL2R水平,并与正常健康儿童对照。结果:口含干扰素片治疗后患儿CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均显著升高,CD8水平和血清sIL2R水平显著降低,CD4、CD8、sIL2R水平与正常对照组相比均无明显差异,经常规治疗的患儿仅CD4、CD4/CD8显著升高,CD3、CD8水平和血清sIL2R水平在治疗前后均无显著差异,与正常对照组相比,除CD4外其余各项指标均差异显著,且口含干扰素片治疗后患儿CD3、CD4/CD8显著高于常规治疗的患儿(P<0.001),而CD8、sIL2R水平则显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.001)。结论:口含干扰素片治疗后患儿的细胞免疫状态优于常规治疗的患儿。

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the effects of interferon buccal tablets on children with recurrent respiratory infections(RRI). Methods: In two groups of children with RRI treated with interferon buccal tablets or routine therapy,T lymphocyte subtypes and serum sIL 2R were compared after two different treatments. Results: In RRI children treated with interferon buccal tablets, the CD3 + cells, CD4 + cells ,the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + increased and the CD8 + cells and serum sIL 2R decrease significantly.The children treated with routine therapy had only increase of CD4 + cells and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 +. The RRI children treated with interferon buccal tablets had no difference from the normal control in CD4 + cells, CD8 + cells and serum sIL 2R, indicating that immunity of the children has been improved;while the RRI children treated by routine therapy had significant difference from the normal control in CD3 + cells, CD8 + cells, the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + and serum sIL 2R,indicating that immunity of the children has not been improved obviously.CD3 + cells and ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + of the RRI children treated with interferon buccal tablets were significantly higher and the CD8 + cells,sIL 2R were significantly lower than those of RRI children treated with routine therapy ( P <0.001). Conclusion: Ifmmunity of RRI children treated with interferon buccal tablets were significantly better than that of RRI children treated with routine therapy.
