考虑电压饱和的内置式永磁同步电机弱磁控制研究

摘    要:电流控制器是内置式永磁同步电机驱动控制系统的核心部件,弱磁控制是保证永磁同步电机高速运行的重要手段,二者对提高系统性能起着关键性作用。将内置式永磁同步电机的弱磁控制算法与电流控制器的电压饱和现象进行综合考虑,设计了一种基于SVPWM的抗电压饱和的弱磁控制算法。该算法利用逆变器电压空间矢量控制的输入与输出的电压差对控制系统中的d轴电流进行调节,在实现弱磁控制的同时,有效抑制了电流控制器的电压饱和,提高了其动态响应能力。与常规弱磁算法的对比研究还表明,由于该算法扩大了逆变器直流侧电压的利用率,从而有效提高了恒功率区的转矩输出能力。

Abstract:Current controller is the core component of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) drive control system,and flux-weakening control is an improtant means to ensure the high-speed operation of permanent magnet synchronous motor,so both of them play a key role for the improvement of the system performance.By taking flux-weakening control algorithm and voltage saturation phenomenon of current controller into account,a SVPWM based flux-weakening algorithm is designed,which can resist voltage saturation.The algorithm uses the difference of space vector control inverter input voltage and output voltage to adjust the d-axis current of the control system.It not only realizes flux-weakening control,but also inhibits the voltage saturation of current controller effectively,and improves the dynamic response capability at the same time.Compared with the convenetional flux-weakening algorithm,the designed algorithm can improve the torque output capability in constant power area effectively due to the expansion of the utilization rate of the dc-link voltage.
