摘    要:岸边集装箱起重机小车减速箱轴承配合公差的选取,直接影响设备的使用。选择不当,会产生轴承外圈跟转,引起外圈异常磨损而失效,降低了减速箱的使用寿命。通过岸桥各驱动机构的受力分析,以及减速箱公差配合选取,讨论了如何选择该种设备减速箱轴承的径向配合公差,以及对轴向位移及预紧力的考虑。通过分析讨论得知,轴承配合公差的选择,与设备运行的工况,受力大小和受力方向有关。另外,还应考虑轴向位移和轴向预紧力。

Abstract:The tolerance selection of the trolley gearbox of Quayside Container Crane influences the operation directly.If the selection is improper,the bearing out shell may turn and wear out,and can reduce the service life of the gearbox as well.This paper discusses how to select the tolerance and consider the axial displacement and the preload through stress analysis on several drive systems of crane.According to the above analysis,we can know that the tolerance selection is relative to operation condition,load and load direction.In addition,the axial displacement and preload also need to be considered.
