摘    要:分别采用4303、LG501两种SBS改性剂与辽河90#基质沥青进行相容性试验。沥青胶浆性能结果表明两种改性剂与基质沥青相容性良好,在掺量一定的情况下,两种SBS改性剂制成的改性沥青的感温性能、高温稳定性能是4303优于LG501;低温延伸性LG501优于4303;弹性恢复、抗老化性两者性能相当。混合料性能试验结果表明,室内制成的改性沥青与成品改性沥青拌制混合料性能相当,在高温抗车辙方面稍优于取样改性沥青。

Abstract:Compatibility test was conducted between Liaohe 90# base asphalt and two kinds of SBS modifiers including 4303 and LG501. The results of binder test show that excellent compatibility is obtained between base asphalt and the SBS modifiers. At the same concentration, the SBS asphalt modified with 4303 is superior to the one with LGS01 on the thermal sensitivity and high-temperature stability. However, the effect of LG501 is better than 4303 on the improvement of low-temperature extension properties. There are no significant differences between 4303 and LG504 on the improvement of resilient recovery and resistance to ageing. Also the asphalt mixture with moidifed SBS asphalt exhibits better rutting resistance than the one with commercial SBS asphalt at high temperature.
