乙烯装置裂解炉节能改造

摘    要:对乙烯裂解炉对流段及裂解气废热锅炉进行了改造。结果表明,以石脑油为原料,在加工能力、裂解炉出口温度和裂解深度保持不变的条件下,乙烯裂解炉排烟温度下降了60℃,高压蒸汽发生量增加了13 t/h,高压蒸汽产量/进料量(质量比)为1.428 9。改造后裂解炉的热效率较改造前提高了3.00个百分点。

Abstract:The convection section and quench boiler in ethylene pyrolysis furnace were revamped.The results showed that when the condition of capacity,outlet temperature of the pyrolysis furnace and cracking severity was kept unchanged,the exhaust gas temperature decreased by 60℃,high pressure steam output increased by 13t/h,mass ratio of high pressure steam output to feed level was 1.4289.After revamping,the thermal efficiency of the pyrolysis furnace was increased by 3.00 percentage points.
