| 摘 要： | 脑（脊）膜转移瘤（NM）是在临床上常常被误诊、漏诊的恶性肿瘤软脑（脊）膜转移的疾患，治疗效果差．死亡率高，生存期短。对脑膜转移瘤全面的认识和积极实施合理的治疗方案，在临床上意义重大。本文介绍了脑膜转移瘤的临床表现、影像学特点、临床治疗方法及其预后，以供临床医师参考。

| Abstract: | Neoplastic meningitis(NM),a disease of leptomeningeal metastasis from malignant tumors,is difficult to diagnose and has a poor prognosis.It is of clinical interest to get comprehensive knowledge of this disease and to perform appropriate treatment on it.The characteristics of NM,including clinical manifestations,imaging features,treatment and prognosis,are introduced in this article. |
