基因芯片点样机驱动系统的设计与实现

摘    要:基因芯片点样机是完成基因芯片点样工作的一种自动化系统。该系统的运动驱动程序是保证点样精度的关键部分。面向对象技术在很多方面得到了成功的应用。将面向对象技术应用于基因芯片点样系统的驱动控制,设计并实现了基因芯片点样机的驱动程序。该软件被成功地应用于基因芯片的制备,具有控制精度高和操作方便等优点。

Abstract:Genechip point array machine is an automatic system to finish pointing array on genechip. The motion driven program is the key part to guarantee pointing accurate. Object-oriented technology is applied in many fields. The design and realization process of a driven program are described in which the object-oriented technology is utilized in the driven control of a genechip array machine system. The software was successfully applied in the making of genechips. It has some advantages such as high precision and easily to be operated.
