| 摘 要： | 分析了我国收费公路市场融资存在的主要问题,提出了公路建设信托计划融资和公路建设ABS融资方式两种适应我国国内公路建设的新的融资方式,以有效地开展各项公路建设融资活动,从而保证我国公路事业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | It analyzes chief problems existing in the financing of the pay roads market in our country,brings forward two financing means that are road construction trust plan financing and road construction ABS financing to suit road construction in our country,which will generalize every road construction financing activities effectively and assure the trouble-free operation of the road project in our country. |
