| 摘 要： | 目的：观察儿童肾病综合征患者血小板计数和血浆von Willebrand因子的变化，方法，采用ELISA法检测58例NS患儿血浆vWF及血小板计数，并与正常对照组进行比较，结果：NS患儿vwF水平及血小板计数均明显高于正常对照组，两组有显著性差异（P＜0．01）,结论，血浆vWF与血小板计同步升高与NS患儿的高凝状态及血栓形成有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the changes of plasma von willebrand factor(vWF) and PLT in children with NS Methods: vWF and PLT were detected among 58 cases and 40 controls by ELISA Results: The levels of vWF and PLT in NS were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0 01) Conclusion: The increased levels of plasma vWF and PLT have relations with hyper coagulation state and thrombosis of children with NS |
