| 摘 要： | 对３６例高血压患者进行肾功能检查及有关引起肾功能障碍的可能因素的观察。发现血肌酐、尿素氮无明显变化，血碳酸氢根、尿酚红排泄率、尿比重、尿肌酐定量、尿液镜检红细胞有一定比例的异常，其它伴随因素有高血液粘度、高血脂、高血糖均可促使并加重高血压引致的动脉硬化。

| Abstract: | The renal function and other concomitant factors causing renal functiondisturbance were detected in 36 patients with hypertension.The levels of creatinine andurea nitrogen in blood showed unphanerous changes but blood bicarbonate,thephenolsulfonphthalein excretion rate,specific gravity of urine,urinary creatinine and redblood cells in urine were all abnormal in varing degrees as compared with the normalvalues.The other concomitant factors,such as hyperviscosity,hyperlipoidemia andhyperglycosemia,can all exacerbate arteriosclerosis caused by hypertension. |
