| 摘 要： | 本文观察了60例各型小儿病毒性肝炎的甲襞微循环，查出甲襞微循环异常者37例，以慢性、重症病毒性肝炎的微循环障碍发生率为高，且黄疸的深度与微循环障碍发生率成正相关。从理论上证实在肝炎治疗中活跃微循环、解除微小动脉、静脉痉挛的药物使用是切实可行的。

| Abstract: | The microcircuiation of nailbed in 60 case of patients with childhood viral hepatitis were observed. The results showed that there were abnomal in 37 case of patients,the incidence of the changes of the microcirculation in chronic and severe viral hepatitis were more than others. It was found that the extent of jaundice was signficant corrlated with the changes of the microcirculation. we suggest that the improvement of microcirculation is essential in treatment of the viral hepatitis. |
