基于时效校形的TB5合金蠕变本构模型建立

摘    要:对TB5钛合金进行在室温下V形弯曲回弹试验表明,该合金冷成形时回弹量很大。基于该合金成形后需要进行时效热处理,可采用时效校形方法提高成形精度。为描述TB5钛合金在时效校形过程中的变形行为,进行了不同应力条件下的蠕变试验,结果表明,时间硬化蠕变本构模型能较好地描述TB5钛合金在蠕变试验条件范围内的蠕变变形行为。采用非线性最小二乘法对试验数据进行拟合,得到了该时效温度下的蠕变本构方程中的材料参数。

Abstract:The springback of TB5 alloy in the cold forming was investigated by V bending experiments.The experiments illustrated that the cold forming of TB5 alloy resulted in large springback,which required stress relieving.Creep age sizing technology was used to improve part contour and reduce stress after cold forming.The creep mechanical property of TB5 alloy was studied by conducting creep tests under different stress levels at 480℃.The time hardening creep law could describe the creep behavior appropriately and was built based on experimental data.
