摘    要:利用磁粉探伤、着色探伤、超声波探伤、射线探伤等无损检测手段对在用球罐焊缝微裂纹进行检测,从中比较出那种方法更加适合,更能有效地对裂纹进行定位和定量。

Abstract:The detection of cracks in welding seams on spherical vessels has been done by the means of magnetic particle test, dye liquid penetration test, ultrasonic test and radiographic test. Those ways are compared in term of effective positioning and sizing.
