抽油泵柱塞旋转及参数设计

摘    要:为了解决油藏出砂给抽油泵带来的种种问题,研制了抽油泵柱塞自旋转装置,它是在抽油泵排油过程中靠液体沿螺旋槽旋转向上流动,冲击槽壁产生的一种径向分力使柱塞旋转,从而避免了抽油泵砂卡事故的发生。通过对旋转装置的受力分析,从理论上推导出旋转参数的计算公式,设计出可行的旋转参数。

Abstract:In order to solve oil well pump failures because of sanding, a kind of autogiration installation of oil well pump plunger is developed. During oil drainage of oil well pump, fluids flow upward along spiral slot rotation, a radial component force produced by impacting slot wall makes the plunger rotation, and thereby oil well pump jamming is avoided. In this paper, through force analysis of the rotation installation, the rotation parameter calculation formula is derived on theory, and the available parameters of the rotation are designed.
