幽门螺杆菌相关性小儿食管溃疡1例

结合1例食管溃疡患儿的临床资料和文献复习,详细分析该病与幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori）的关系,提示我们临床上虽然小儿食管溃疡少见,但若小儿高度怀疑此病,应对其进行内镜及H.pylori检查,三联疗法能有效根除幽门螺杆菌治疗该病,同时对有家族溃疡史的小儿应注意饮食习惯,避免交叉感染H.pylori引起食管溃疡。

Helicobacter pylori-associated esophageal ulcers in children: one case report

With the clinical data and literature review of 1 case of esophageal ulcers in children,the relationship between the disease and H.pylori in detail was analyzed.Although,H.pylori such case is very rare in pediatric clinic,we should pay more attention to children with the disease highly suspected.The endoscopic and checking are needed,and triple therapy can treat the disease effectively by eradicating H.pylori.Meanwhile,children with a family history of ulcers should pay attention to diet to avoid esophageal...
