| 摘 要： | 提出了以S3C2440处理器为控制核心的喷码机系统,通过对单片机W77E58控制下的喷头波形测试,分析喷头工作原理。研究嵌入式WinCE系统喷码机编辑软件中的关键技术,主要包括打印信息的存储与传输、打印数据的转换、喷头的打印控制。通过对软件的功能分析,提出了喷码机图形编辑软件的总体设计方案,其中包括了系统设置、RS232串口通信、条形码、日期时间、序列号、有效期、位图等几个功能模块。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward an inkjet system with the S3C2440 processor as the core.Based on the microcontroller W77E58 under the control of nozzle waveform test,working principle of the nozzle is analyzed.Research on the key technique of inkj et printer editing software of embedded WinCE system is made,including the storage and transmission of print information,print data conversion,nozzle print control.Through analyzing the function of the software,the overall design scheme of graphic editing software of inkj et printer is put forward,including system settings,RS232 serial port communication,bar code,serial number,date,time,validity,bitmap and several function modules. |
