2,3-二氰基丙酸乙酯的气相色谱分析

摘    要:建立了气相色谱法测定2,3-二氰基丙酸乙酯含量的分析方法。选用邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标物,以内标标准曲线法作为定量方法进行分析测定,方法的线性相关系数r为0.9992,方法精密度为0.34%,加标回收率为98.13%~101.65%。该方法的灵敏度高、操作简单、定量准确、重现性好,可用于生产中2,3-二氰基丙酸乙酯产品的检测。

Abstract:The analysis method of the ethyl 2,3-dicyanopropionate was established with the gas chromatography(GC) in this paper.Dimethyl(o-) phthalate was selected as internal standard substance,and the quantitative method was internal standard curve method,the correlation coefficient r was 0.9992,the accuracy of the method as RSD was 0.34%,and the average recovery was 98.13%~101.65%.This method is found to be sensitive,simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for the determination of 2,3-dicyanopropionate in production.
