| 摘 要： | 本研究采用PCR—RFLP技术检测新疆地区中国荷斯坦奶牛K—CN基因多态性，并分析了该基因多态性与奶牛泌乳性能的关系。结果表明：检测群体K—CN基因表现出三种基因型：AA、AB、BB，基因型频率分别为0．6171、0．3278、0．0551，且达到平衡状态。三种基因型与泌乳性状的关联性分析表明，B基因对中国荷斯坦奶牛乳脂率有显著影响。

| Abstract: | The present paper determ the k-casein gene polymorphism by PCR-RFLP method, and analyzed Correlation of k-casein gene polymorphism and Lactation performance in china hesitan cow. The result show that the k-casein gene have 3 Genotypes in detection group, those are AA, AB and BB types, the Gene Frequency are 0.6171, 0.3278 and 0.0551 respectively. Correlation Analysis show that B gene have a remarked effect on butterfat rate in china hositan cow. |
