RA患者血清NatⅡ抗体与活动指标SAA、CRP之间的关系

目的:为探讨抗天然Ⅱ型胶原抗体(抗NatⅡ)与类风湿关节炎(RA)疾病活动性之间的关系。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清抗NatⅡIgG ,应用BN prospec特定蛋白分析仪测定血清淀粉样蛋白(SerumamyloidAprotein ,SAA)和C 反应蛋白(CRP)。结果:6 0例RA患者血清抗NatⅡIgG水平与其活动指标SAA、CRP的含量呈正相关,相关系数r分别为0 .394 (P <0 .0 5 )、0 .2 98(P <0 .0 5 )。抗NatⅡIgG阳性组RA患者的血清SAA、CRP含量均显著高于抗NatⅡIgG阴性组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:血清抗NatⅡIgG阳性可作为评估RA患者活动性的指标之一。

The Relationship Between the Anti-Nat Ⅱ and the SAA、CRP in the Serum of Patients with RA

Objective To study the relationship be tw een the Antibodies to native type collagen(Anti-NatⅡ) and the disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Anti-NatⅡ were mensurated by ELISA , Serum amyloid A protein(SAA) and C-reactive protein(CRP) were mensurate d by means of particle enhanced immunonephelometry using the BN ProSpec system. Results There was a positive correlation between the Anti-NatⅡ an d SAA and CRP in 60 patients with RA.The correlation coefficient were 0.394( P<0.05) and 0.298(P<0.05). The levels of CRP and SA A were significantly higher in positive of Anti-NatⅡ than in negative of Anti-N atⅡ.Conclusion Anti-NatⅡ can be used as diagnostic indicators f or the disease activity of RA.
