| 摘 要： | 目的：调查小榄地区成年体检人群高尿酸血症（HUA）的流行特征。方法选择2011、2012年的成年体检者28659例作为研究对象，测定其血尿酸水平，并对HUA阳性率结果进行统计分析。结果2012年HUA阳性率（27．4％）低于2011年（35．6％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。男性HUA阳性率显著高于女性（P＜0．05）。61～94岁人群的HUA阳性率最高。第3季度（7～9月）是HUA的高发季。结论掌握HUA流行特征，有利于该病的防治。
