| 摘 要： | 通过铁水脱硫→转炉→真空精炼→连铸→热连轧→酸洗→冷轧→退火生产流程,成功开发了冷轧无取向电工钢JGW800牌号,并实现了批量化生产。产品性能表明：研制的JGW800磁性能良好,满足用户要求。同时还对电工钢铸坯、热轧及冷轧、退火产品的组织进行了具体分析。

| Abstract: | The non-oriented electrical steel with the grade of JGW800 was developed successfully and producedby the processes of desulphurization for hot metal,BOF steelmaking,vacuum refining,continuous casting and hotrolling,pickling, cold rolling and annealing.The property results of products indicated that the magnetic properties ofJGW800 could meet the requirements of Manufactory Standard.The structure in the casting slab,hot rolling and coldrolling strip, annealed product was analyzed in detail. |
