摘    要:介绍了无人值守远程计量电子轨道衡网络系统的研制过程及实际应用。该系统利用视频监控和网络传输技术,结合轨道衡计量管理,成功地将轨道衡自动称重、车号自动识别、视频监控、网络通信等先进技术应用于计量系统中,解决了远程计量问题,实现了多个现场无人值守的计量方式和计量数据网络实时管理。它综合了本地计量、远程监控、车号识别、数据传输、网络管理等的应用,具有明显的实用性、安全性、可靠性和先进

Abstract:Research and application of network system for unattended and remote measuring electronic track scale are introduced. Video monitoring and network transmission technology were utilized in the system. Combined with metrological management of track scale, automatic weighing of track scale, automatic recognition of license number, video monitoring and network communication ere, advanced techniques were applied to the measuring system successfully, then remote measurement problem was solved, and unattended measurement of multiple spots and network realtime management of measured data were realized. Local measurement, remote monitoring, license number recognition, data transmission and network management were integrated in the system. It has obvious practicality, security, reliability and advantage.
