| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨初善仪（TS）联合薄层液基细胞学检查（TCT）在宫颈病变中的应用价值。[方法]对阴道分泌物异常的30例患者同时行TS和TCT检查,再行阴道镜检查及组织活检,以组织病理学检查结果作为诊断金标准。[结果]TCT检测阳性19例,阴性11例,TCT的敏感度为64.0%（16/25）。TS检测正常12例,异常18例,TS的敏感度为56.0%（14/25）。TCT联合TS检测阳性27例,阴性3例,两者联合检测敏感度为96.0%（24/25）,显著性高于TCT、TS单一检测的敏感度（P〈0.05）。TS联合TCT检测与病理学检查的阳性率具有一致性（χ2=0.25,P〉0.05）。[结论]TS联合TCT检查对宫颈病变的诊断准确率高于任一单项检查。
