数字化高速电主轴实验数据库系统的构建研究

摘    要:高速电主轴是高精密机床的核心部件,为验证其可靠性需要对其进行长期实验,为方便对实验数据的管理,以及研究人员查看、分析实验数据,作者建立了实验数据库系统.系统主要以Visual C#2005为开发工具建立管理界面,采用ADO.NET所提供的内置对象来访问SQL Server 2005软件建立的数据库来实现对实验数据的管理操作.系统能实现对电主轴所进行的各种实验以及实验数据的记录,对高速电主轴可靠性的研究有重要意义.

Abstract:High speed motorized spindle is a high precision machine core components,to verify its reliability needs to carry on the long-term experiments,for the convenience of the experimental data of management,as well as researchers view,analysis of the experimental data,the authors establish the experimental database system.System is mainly to the Visual C # 2005 as the development tool to establish the management interface,using ADO.NET provides built-in object to access the SQL Server 2005 software to establish the database to realize the experimental data management operations.The system can achieve the electric spindle carried by various experiments and experimental data records,of the high speed spindle reliability study has important significance.
