可吸收棒在发育性髋关节脱位Salter骨盆截骨术中的应用

摘    要:目的]分析可吸收棒用于Salter骨盆截骨术治疗发育性髋关节脱位的效果.方法]对2007年4月~2010年10月间19例诊断为单侧发育性髋关节脱位的患儿行Salter骨盆截骨术,截骨部位用可吸收棒固定,术后6~8周、6~8月观察术侧髋臼指数、截骨部位骨质愈合情况.结果]可吸收棒用于Salter骨盆截骨术治疗发育性髋关节脱位,髋臼指数无明显的丢失,截骨部位骨质愈合好,达到了固定效果.结论]可吸收棒应用于发育性髋关节脱位Salter骨盆截骨术固定截骨部位,和其他内固定材料一样可起到固定作用,维持了对髋臼方向的矫正,截骨部位的骨质愈合未受到明显的影响,而且减少了传统手术金属内固定物的并发症,还可免除二次手术的痛苦,可以作为Salter骨盆截骨术内固定的选择.

Application of bio-degradable rod in Salter procedure of development dislocation of the hip surgery

Abstract:Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of bio-degradable rod in maintaining the acetabular correction and its influence on bone healing at the osteotomy of Salter procedure for development dislocation of the hip(DDH) surgery. Methods]Nineteen patients diagnosed as unilateral DDH and undergoing a Salter procedure of DDH surgery were selected for this study.All the innominate osteotom areas were fixed with bio-degradable rod.The acetabular index was measured respectively at 6-8 weeks and 6~8 months after surgery.The evaluation of bone healing was performed in terms of pixel value ratio at the ostoetomy area respectively at 6~8 weeks and 6~8 months after surgery. Results]The acetabular index was maintained during the period of this study in the cases with bio-degradable rods.The bone healed well at the osteotomy area where the bio-degradable rods were used to fix the fragments. Conclusion]The efficacy of bio-degradable rod fixation was positive in Salter procedure of DDH surgery.The bio-degradable rod,which was applied in fixing the fragments of innominate osteotomy,worked well in maintaining the correction of acetabular index and did not make negative impact on bone healing at the osteotomy area.The bio-degradable rod has the advantage over the traditional means of fixation by avoiding hardware removal and the relevant complications.
