老年髋部骨折手术风险性预测

本文以老年髋部骨折手术治疗２４６例结果调查为基本数据，以伤前生活自理能力、年龄、并存病三方面指标作为与手术风险性有关的因素，每一因素按程度轻重分为四级，分级赋值、综合评分。以术后并发症发生率作为手术风险高低的标志。用综合指数与并发症进行相关回归分析，探讨综合指数作为手术风险性预测指标的可行性。结果表明：综合指数ｗ≤３安全，ｗ＝４较安全，ｗ＝５较危险，ｗ≥６危险。

The Forecast of the Risk Rate of the Aged Hip Fracture Operation

This article is based on the data of 246 aged hip fracture operations and takes such elements as self-care ability before fracture,age,coexisting diseases into consideration.Every element is divided into four grades according to the varying degrees and respective analysis on each grade and an overall evaluation are conducted. The high or low operation risk rate is decided by the complication rate after operation. The article presents us a regressive and combined analysis on the composite index and complication and a discussion on the possibility of taking the composite index as the norm of forecasting the operation risk. The resultshows:composite index W.<3 safe;W=4 comparative safe; W=5 comparative dangerous; W>6 dangerous.
