不同腐蚀介质对手术器械锈蚀作用及其清洁维护方法

目的观察不同腐蚀介质对手术器械锈蚀作用及其清洁维护方法。方法采用目测法对不同腐蚀介质作用后的器械锈蚀情况进行观察。结果用含有效氯500mg/L的消毒泡腾片溶液浸泡手术刀片30min之后即开始出现锈蚀。仅用清水浸泡手术刀片4h,开始出现锈蚀情况;而用多酶洗液浸泡手术刀片达12h,才开始出现锈蚀情况。用500mg/L含氯消毒剂溶液和清水浸泡质量完好的新止血钳4h,均出现锈蚀现象。同一种腐蚀介质浸泡质量不同的器械或浸泡不同时间,出现锈蚀情况不同;含氯消毒剂内加与不加防锈剂,对器械腐蚀性无差别。结论含氯消毒剂对金属器械腐蚀性明显强于清水,多酶洗液对器械腐蚀性较低。锐利器械和质量不好的器械抗腐蚀性较差。

CORROSIVE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT CORROSIVE MEDIATORS ON SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS AND METHODS OF CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Objective To observe the corrosive effect of different corrosive mediators on surgical instruments and the methods of cleaning and maintenance. Method Visual method was used to observe corrosion condition of instruments after exposure to different corrosive mediators. Results After immersion of operation blade in disinfection effervescent tablet solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L for 30 rain, corrosion began to appear. After immersion of operation blade in clean water for 4 h, corrosion began to appear, while immersion of operation blade in multienzyme washing solution caused corrosion only after immersion for 12 h. Immersion of high - quality new hemostatic forceps in 500 mg/L chorine - containing disinfectant solution and clean water for 4 h caused corrosion. Immersion of instruments of different qualities in same corrosive mediator for different periods of time caused different corrosion conditions. Adding or not adding anti - rust agent to chlorine - containing disinfectant caused no difference in corrosion of instruments. Conclusions Corrosive effect of chlorine - containing disinfectant on metal instruments is significantly stronger than that of clean water. Multienzyme washing solution has relatively low corrosive effect on instruments. The sharp instruments and low - quality instruments have relatively low resistance to corrosion.
