南方电网系统频率特性及低频减载方案

摘    要:分析评价南方电网发生大功率缺额时,电网频率暂态稳定特性及现有低频减载方案对保证系统频率稳定的作用和效果。提出南方电网低频减载方案评价方法和改进方案。研究表明,采用改进方案,可使系统在受到不同程度的功率缺额扰动时,都能够更好地满足减负荷的需要,保证系统频率不致过低并能较快恢复,有利于系统的频率稳定及大机组的安全运行。

Abstract:The transient stability characteristics of power system frequency and the adaptability of existing UFLS schemes adopted to the power grid frequency were overall analyzed and evaluated while large amount of power shortage occured in China Southern Power Grid. On this basis a method of evaluating and improving UFLS scheme for the southern power grid was proposed. This scheme is suitable when the disturbances of power shortages happen, the southern power grid can perform coordinative load shedding correspondingly to ensure that the power system frequency is not too low and can be rapidly recovered. Thus, the load shedding can be implemented, and system frequencystability as well as the operation security of large capacity units can be ensured.
