国外某细粒级海滨砂矿多金属综合回收选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对国外某海滨砂矿含金属矿物种类多、矿物粒度较细的特点,在分析矿石矿物组成、物理化学性质及赋存状态基础上,采用湿式平环强磁选预选、电选-磁选-重选精选稀土矿物、干法磁选-电选锆英石、电选-磁选金红石等工艺进行了多金属综合回收试验研究,获得了钛铁矿、锆英石、独居石、金红石、磷钇矿等精矿产品,锆、钛、稀土综合回收率分别为97.08%、76.86%、88.13%,综合高效回收了海滨砂矿中的多金属组分。研究成果可为类似海滨砂矿综合回收多金属提供参考及借鉴。

Comprehensive Recovery of Multi-metallic Resources from Overseas Fine-Grained Beach Placer by Beneficiation Process

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of an overseas beach placer with multi-metallic minerals and fine mineral grains, an experimental study was conducted for comprehensive recovery of metallic resources from this beach placer based on the analysis of its mineral compositions, physicochemical properties and mineral occurrence status. The adopted flowsheet included a wet flat-ring high-intensity magnetic separator for pre-concentration, an electrostatic separation - magnetic separation - gravity separation flowsheet to recover rare earth minerals, a dry magnetic separation - electrostatic separation process to reclaim zircon, and an electrostatic separation - magnetic separation process to collect rutile. Finally, high-quality ilmenite, zircon, monazite, rutile and xenotime concentrates were obtained, with the total recoveries of zirconium, titanium and rare earth respectively at 97.08%, 76.86% and 88.13%. It is concluded that this flow can efficiently reclaim multi-metallic resources in the placer. This research provides a reference for the comprehensive recovery of multi-metallic resources from similar beach placers.
