脱油沥青调合道路沥青技术研究

对中石油某厂的脱油沥青(DOA)组成性能进行分析,以DOA、油浆和抽出油等为原料进行沥青调合,并对调合沥青进行软化点、延度、针入度、动力黏度等性质分析。结果表明,DOA与油浆进行沥青调合,可制备满足JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》相关技术要求的70#、90#A级重交道路沥青;DOA、油浆和抽出油进行沥青调合,可制备满足相关技术要求的70#、90#A级重交道路沥青;DOA、重脱油和抽出油调合,可制备满足相关技术要求的70#、90#A级重交道路沥青,且70#调合沥青经SBS改性后各项物理性能较好,符合JTG F40—2004改性沥青I-D要求。

Study on the Technology of Asphalt Blending by Deoiled Asphalt

The composition and performance of deoiled asphalt(DOA)from a PetroChina plant are analyzed.DOA,slurry and extracted oil are used as raw materials for asphalt blending.And the softening point,ductility,penetration and dynamic viscosity of blend asphalt are tested.The results show that the asphalt mixture of DOA and slurry can prepare the 70#and 90#A grade asphalt that meets the JTG f40-2004"Technical Specification for Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction".DOA,oil slurry and extraction oil are used for asphalt blending,and 70# and 90#A grade asphalt meeting relevant technical requirements can be prepared.The mixture of DOA,heavy deoiled and extracted oil can prepare 70#and 90#A grade heavy traffic asphalt that can meet the relevant technical requirements.Moreover,the physical performance of the 70# asphalt modified by SBS are good and meet the requirements of JTG f40-2004 modified asphalt I-D.
