摘    要:机器人用精密减速器是连接伺服电机与机械臂的传动部件,是机器人的三大核心零部件之一。为了保障机器人整体的性能,必须对机器人用精密减速器的性能进行全面的评测。常见的机器人用精密减速器性能试验台分为驱动模块、被试件安装模块和负载模块。其中,位于驱动端与负载端之间且被频繁更换的被试件安装模块的结构直接影响整个测试系统的同轴度和运行稳定性。介绍减速器性能试验台的结构特点,提出减速器被试件模块工装优化设计方案。大量装配测试证明,改进后的工装能使RV-E型减速器在装配过程中更容易达到高同轴度要求,在测试过程中运行更加平稳。

Abstract:Precision reducer for robot is a transmission part which connects servo motor and robotic arm,it is also one of the three main parts of robots.To ensure the performance of a robot,the test and evaluation for reducer is highly required.Common test system for robot precision reducer is composed by drive module,specimen assembly module and load module.Among them,the specimen assembly module which is between the others will be frequently replaced so that its structure affects the concentricity and the stationarity of the total test system directly.The structural features of common test system for robot precision reducer were introduced,and an optimized design scheme for the reducer specimen assembly module was proposed.A large number of assembly tests have proved that the improved tooling fixture can make it easier for the RV-E type precision reducer to meet the requirements of high coaxiality in the assembly process and run more smoothly in the test process.
