基于模糊综合评判的液压系统故障诊断方法研究

摘    要:针对液压系统故障的多发性、设备构造复杂性的特点,通过对现有故障诊断方法的分析,应用模糊综合评判理论,提出了液压系统故障诊断模糊综合评判方法。以起重设备液压系统为研究对象,通过分析该系统的故障形式,建立了模糊综合评判模型,进行了量化分析和算法研究,研究表明,这种方法可以可靠、高效地判断液压系统故障。

Abstract:Fuzzy synthetic judgment theory is proposed to solve faults diagnosis in hydraulic system because of the muhiformity of faults features and complexity of hydraulic device construction. An example of lifting equipment hydraulic system based on the fuzzy synthetic judgment theory is given. With the research on its fault modes , a fuzzy synthetic judgment model is constructed to analyse its fault quantitatively. The research results show that this method is effective and practicable.
