| 摘 要： | 目的评价腹腔镜下活检术诊断腹部疑难病的价值。方法回顾分析1996年12月。2005年4月我院施行腹腔镜下活检术66例的临床资料。结果66例均成功施行腹腔镜检查和活检术，经术中冰冻病理检查确诊50例，术后病理检查确诊16例，其中腹膜假黏液瘤16例，结核性腹膜炎22例，恶性间皮瘤10例，腹腔转移癌18例。无并发症。结论腹腔镜下检查和活检是诊断腹部疑难病症有效而安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role of laparoscopic biopsy in the diagnosis of abdominal complicated diseases. Methods Clinical data of 66 cases of laparoscopic biopsy in this hospital from December 1996 to April 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Laparoscopic examination and biopsy was successfully performed in all the 66 cases, without complications. The diagnosis was confirmed by frozen section during operation in 50 cases and by pathological examinations after operation in 16 cases, including 16 cases of pseudomyxoma peritonei, 22 cases of tuberculous peritonitis, 10 cases of malignant mesothelioma, and 18 cases of metastatic carcinoma. Conclusions Laparoscopic examination and biopsy is safe and effective in the diagnosis of abdominal complicated diseases. |
