食道恶性纤维组织细胞瘤临床病理及文献复习

目的：观察食道恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床表现、病理形态及免疫组化特点。方法：对1例食道恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床表现、光镜形态及免疫组化结果进行观察，并复习有关文献。结果：食道恶性纤维组织细胞瘤均发生于中、老年男性的食道中下段，呈息肉样或蕈伞样突入食管腔。镜下见异形的纤维母细胞和组织细胞、瘤巨细胞及TOUTON氏细胞。免疫组化除AAT、Vimentin阳性外，NSE、LCA均为阳性表达，在以前的文献中未见报道，其意义有待进一步探讨。结论：食道恶性纤维组织细胞瘤十分罕见，来源不明，明确诊断依赖于病理及免疫组化检查。

Clinicopathological observation and literature review of malignant fibrous histocytoma of esophagus

Objective: To observe characteristics of malignant fibrous histocytoma of esophagus by clinicopathological and immunohistochemical examination. Methods: Features of malignant fibrous histocytoma of esophagus were studied by clinical examination, light microscope, and immunohistochemisal examination. And literature was reviewed.Results: Malignant fibrous histocytoma of esophagus all took place in middle-and old-aged male patients and in the middle and lower part of esophagus,with the shape of polypus or mushroom. Immunohistochemically, AAT, Vimentin, NSE, LCA were positive. Conclusion: Malignant fibrous histocytoma of esophagus is rare, and definite diagnosis depends on palthology and immunohistochemistry.
