电针与温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎（肾虚髓亏证）的临床研究

目的 观察电针与温针灸辨治肾虚髓亏型膝骨关节炎急性加重期临床效果.方法 90例患者随机分成两组,电针组45例,予以电针治疗,温针灸组45例,予以温针灸治疗,观察治疗后两组临床疗效.结果 电针组显愈率60.00％,总有效率82.22％;温针灸组显愈率48.89％,总有效率77.78％,两组比较显愈率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;疼痛缓解时间、僵硬缓解时间、关节肿胀消除时间、症状消失时间上两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.而治疗后两组在疼痛积分、晨僵积分、日常生活积分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 电针与温针灸治疗肾虚髓亏型膝骨关节炎急性加重期各有优势,电针偏镇痛,温针灸偏缓解关节僵硬,联合应用可优势互补,提高临床效果.

Clinical Comparative Study of Electro-acupuncture and Acupuncture Debate Temperature on Kidney Marrow Deficiency Syndrome of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective： To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture （EA） and warm acupuncture cure kidney marrow deficit debate syndroem of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 90 cases of kidney marrow deficiency syndrome of knee osteoarthritis patients with acute exacerbation were divided into two groups including the electro- acupuncture group with 45 cases ,who were used electro-acupuncture treatment,and the warm acupuncture group with 45 cases,who were given warm acupuncture treatment. The clinical effect was observed after treatment dif- ference between the two groups. Results： In the control group,the curing rate was 60.00% and the total efficiency was 82.22%. In the observation group,the curing rate was 48.89% and the total efficiency was 77.78% . There was a significant difference between 2 groups in the curing rate （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile,there were some obvious difference between 2 groups in pain relieving time , the stiffness release time,the joint swelling and eliminate the time and the healing time （P〈 0.05）. However, the pain scores after treatment ,the morning stiffness integral ,the everyday life points and the total score showed no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： EA marrow with warm acupuncture treatment of kidney deficiency type of acute exacerbation of osteoarthritis of the knee have their own advantages. EA relieving pain and warm acupuncture relieve joint stiffness can be used in the knee osteoarthritis for better effects.
