高通量透析联合血液灌流治疗血透患者顽固性高血压的临床观察

目的观察高通量透析联合血液灌流治疗维持性血液透析患者顽固性高血压的临床效果。方法选择在我科行维持性血液透析的30例顽固性高血压患者为研究对象,在口服降压药的基础上使用高通量透析联合血液灌流治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果治疗2个月后,30例患者收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压和iPTH较治疗前均显著下降（P〈0.05）;疗效分析：有25例患者血压达标（〈140/90mmHg）,1例患者因脑出血死亡,其余4例效果不佳。结论高通量透析联合血液灌流治疗维持性血液透析患者顽固性高血压有显著的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of high permeable hemodialysis combined hemoperfusion on refratory hypertension in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To study the effect of high permeable hemodialysis and hemoperfusion on refratory hypertension in maintaince hemodialysis patients.Methods Thirty cases undergoing hemodialysis were regarded as research object,who have refratory hypertension,we therapy for hypertension by using high permeable hemodialysis and hemoperfusion,meanwhile taking antihypertension drug,and observe therapeutic effect.Results After therapy 2 months,systolic pressure、diastolic pressure、mean arterial pressu re and the concentration of iPTH in all patients significantly decreased compared with those before therapy;curative effect analysis：blood pressure of 25 patients achieved aim（140/90mmHg）,1 person died of cerebral hemorrhage,blood pressure of other 4 patients have not markerly changed.Conclusion High permeable hemodialysis and hemodialy-sis and hemoperfusion hemoperfusion can effectvily therapy for refratory hypertension of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
