输卵管粘膜缺失程度与复通术后妊娠率关系的临床研究

目的通过对210例不孕患者手术中观察输卵管粘膜不同缺失程度在复通术后妊娠率的不同,探讨不孕患者输卵管粘膜缺失程度与复通术后妊娠率的关系。方法分析2007年1月～2009年8月在我所进行输卵管复通术的210例患者（其中至少有一条输卵管成型后的伞部粘膜丰富者有102例,两条输卵管成型后的伞部粘膜均稀疏或缺失者108例）术后1年的妊娠情况。结果输卵管粘膜丰富组术后1年的妊娠率是44.1%,输卵管粘膜稀疏或缺失组术后1年的妊娠率26.8%（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论输卵管阻塞导致不孕的患者,如果输卵管粘膜缺失明显,术后妊娠率低于输卵管粘膜未受损者。

Clinical study of relationship between degree of salpinx mucosa deficiency and pregnancy rate after operation

Objective To investigate the relationship between the pregnancy rate after operation and the degree of salpinx mucosa deficiency by analyse the different pregnancy rate of 210 infertility patients whose salpinx mucosa deficiency＇s degree was different.Methods To analyse the pregnancy state of the 210 patients with tuble infertility after laparoscopic surgery one year later.The 210 patients were consisted of 102 persons with plenty of salpinx mucosa and 108 with different deficiency of salpinx mucosa.Results The pregnancy rate of plenty salpinx mucosa group after laparoscopic surgery one year later was 44.1%,The other group＇s is 26.8%（P0.05）.Conclusion The pregnancy rate of salpinx mucosa plenty is higher than that of salpinx mucosa deficiency.
