| 摘 要： | 介绍了供暖系统设计及水力计算，介绍了空调水系统，风系统及风管布置；根据建筑特点，合理确定风机盘管加新风系统的新风处理终状态点。测试和运行结果表明，供暖空调效果良好。

| Abstract: | Presents design of the heating system and hydraulic calculating of the building. Describes air and water system layout of air conditioning design. Based on characteristics of the building, determines the final status of the fresh air handling process for fan coil units plus fresh air system. Operation of the heating and air conditioning systems seem satisfactory. |
