地下空间工作人群的心理环境影响要素研究

伴随我国地下空间建设的加速,大量人口进入地下空间工作和生活。而对于地下空间的环境对工作人员的健康心理影响的研究尚缺乏。本文针对国内城市地下空间内的工作人群对自身工作环境的评价和满意程度,在南京、重庆、南通、西安、咸阳等地的地下空间场所、设施中进行了问卷调查和统计分析。在统计的基础上剖析了地下空间的物理环境和人文环境对内部工作人群的心理环境的影响,以及工作人群的心理环境与其自身年龄、性别、地下空间工龄等影响要素之间的联系。文章得出地下空间的多种环境要素以及人的自身心理要素对人群心理环境的作用规律,并从地下空间长期使用者的角度出发总结了环境改善的方向。

Study on Key Factors of Psychological Environment of the Underground Space Working Group

With the acceleration of the construction of underground space in China, a large number of people work and live in underground space. However, researches on how underground space environment effect the staff’s physical and mental health are still lacking. We conducted a questionnaire survey to the working population in underground structures in Nanjing, Chongqing, Nantong, Xi’an, Xianyang, focusing on their evaluation of the working environment and how they feel. Then we analyzed how environment factors affect working group’s psychological environment, and how mental factors such as age, gender, the length of service in underground space act. We conclude the rule and mechanism of the environmental and psychological factors, and propose the direction of environmental improvement from the perspective of long-term users of underground space.
