| 摘 要： | 从我国海洋技术的产业化现状出发，通过与国内外先进事例的对比，分析了我国海洋技术产业化存在的问题和差距。最后，结合入世后我国海洋经济发展的新形势，提出了加速我国海洋技术成果产业化的几点建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, authors describes the industrialization status of marine technology in China, and analyzes the problems in marine technology in China by comparing with developed country. At last, combined with the effect on marine technology and the new situation of marine economy when China joined in WTO, some advice about how to accelerate the industrialization of marine technology in China is put forward. |
