| 摘 要： | 用碱性溶液提取竹叶色素,并用该提取液对羊毛织物进行染色.讨论了染色pH值、温度、时间、硫酸钠用量、媒染等因素对羊毛织物染色效果的影响.研究结果表明,竹叶提取液对羊毛织物直接染色的优化工艺为:染色pH值5左右、染色温度100℃、染色时间75 min,浴比1∶50；不同的媒染剂及媒染方法可获得不同的色调,后媒法染色可适当提高染色羊毛织物的耐皂洗色牢度.

| Abstract: | Bamboo was extracted with alkaline solution,and wool fabric was dyed with the extracts.Factors exerting influence on dyeing results on wool fabric such as dyeing pH value,dyeing temperature,dyeing time,Na2SO4 concentration and mordant dyeing were discussed.It was found that,the optimum conditions for the direct dyeing on wool fabric were pH value 5,dyeing temperature 100 ℃,dyeing time 75min,liquor ratio 1∶50.Meanwhile,different hues wool fabrics could be obtained through mordant dyeing.The colour fastness to wash with soap of dyed wool fabric could be improved by post-mordanting. |
