| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗进展性脑梗死的的疗效及安全性。方法将90例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各45例。治疗组给予疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉注射液，对照组采用丹参注射液、尼莫地平及肠溶阿司匹林等治疗，疗程为15d。观察两组患者治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度评分及疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率为93．3％，明显高于对照组（75．6％）（P〈0．05）。结论疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉注射液是治疗进展性脑梗死的安全、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy and safety of treatment of progressive cerebral infarction through uniting Shuxuetong with Edaravone. Methods 90 eases of patients with progressive cerebral infarction were andomly divided into treated group and the control group. Treated group was given Shuxuetong injection united with Edaravone, the control group was given Danshen injection, with nimodipine and aspirin and other treatment, the two groups were treated for 15 days. The clinical degree of neurologieal deficit score and efficacy of the two groups was eompared. Results The total effective rate of the treated group was 93.3 %, significantly higher than that of the control group （ 75.6% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Treatment of progressive cerebral infarction through uniting Shuxuetong with Edaravone are safe and effective. |
