摘    要:直线电机的初始位置检测与旋转电机一样是实现电机精确控制的关键技术之一。利用绝对式光栅尺对直线电机进行初始定位不但可以省去常用的霍尔元件,而且还可以实现直线电机在任一位置的启动。对直线电机的位移和速度、绕组温度、电机推/拉力进行有效监测是保障其正常工作的前提,为此自主研发了对直线电机上述重要参数进行动态跟踪的监测系统。文中对该监测系统的设计方案、关键技术和具体的开发过程进行了详细的探讨。

Abstract:The initial position detection is one of the key technologies to realize the precise control of linear motor as same as the rotary motor. It can not only omit the traditional Hall components but also ensure the linear motor starting at any position using the absolute linear encoder. Supervising the displacement, velocity, winding temperature, pushing and pulling force of the linear motor are the preconditions of the linear motor working well. We developed the supervisory system independently to trace the important parameters of the linear motor mentioned above dynamically. The design blue print, key technologies and concrete development process of the supervisory system are discussed in details.
